The Mayville High School softball team capped off a strong 2025 season with seven players earning recognition on the Flyway All-Conference list, highlighted by two First Team selections.
Senior pitcher Allie Schwirtz led the honors as a unanimous First Team selection, a testament to her dominance in the circle throughout the season. Schwirtz consistently delivered high strikeout performances and was a driving force behind Mayville’s deep postseason run. She is joined on the First Team by fellow senior Izabelle McFadden, whose steady leadership at shortstop and key offensive contributions helped anchor the Cardinal lineup.
Earning Honorable Mention were five players: seniors Addie Anderson (catcher), Kate Aumann (second base), and Morgan Manning (first base), along with sophomores Lillian Mansueto (third base) and Janel Youngbeck (outfield/pitcher). The balanced recognition across grade levels and positions reflects the depth and all-around talent of this year’s squad.
Mayville’s strong representation on the All-Conference list is a credit to the team’s chemistry, work ethic, and consistent play in a highly competitive Flyway Conference.
