Mary Ann Figel, 92, of Mayville and formerly Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025, at Prairie Ridge Assisted Living in Mayville.
Mary was born on June 6, 1933, in Oshkosh, to Leo and Mary (Jakubiak) Langkau.
On June 7, 1952, she was united in marriage to her loving husband, Thomas Figel, in Oshkosh.
She spent her working years at Maysteel in Mayville.
Mary Ann is survived by her children, Gloria Figel, Steven (Judy) Figel, Susan (Donald “Ike”) Keller, Gail Knight, and John Figel; grandchildren, Lee Figel, Adam Figel, Sunshine (Matt) Mikulak, Clint (Sammy) Keller, Casey Keller, Jordan Figel, Riley Knight, Korin Figel, and Kelsey Figel; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Alyssa, Luella, Oliver, Alistair, Treyton, and Tyanna; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom; her parents; four brothers; and three sisters; Tom’s parents; his two brothers; and his one sister.
Per Mary Ann’s wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.
