The Horicon Marshmen Foundation (HMF) hosted the fourth annual Horicon Marshmen Golf Open on Saturday, August 16, at Horicon Hills Golf Club. The
event, HMF’s main event of the year, raised over $39,000 thanks to the incredible generosity of the community. The largest portion of donations came in from elite donors that have been contributing to the foundation since January of this year. Attendees participated as either a golfer, hole sponsor, dinner/lunch sponsor, beverage cart sponsor, basket raffle donor, or raffle ticket purchaser.
Horicon has long been a wellspring of learning, growth, and community. With a storied history of academic excellence and commitment to nurturing young minds, this district has been a pillar of the community for generations. Now, with the Horicon Marshmen Foundation, the School District of Horicon is set to reach new heights in fostering education, supporting scholarships, grants, and enhancing infrastructure for a brighter tomorrow.
Next year’s event will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026. To stay updated on events, ways to give, social media posts, and other HMF details, visit fdlareafoundation.com/marshmen/.
