Horicon Girls Basketball Defeats C.W.C. in Back-to-Back Weeks

It was a successful night for the Horicon girls basketball team, and the boys, as they defeated Central Wisconsin Christian (CWC) (11-7, 3-5) on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
Horicon was leading 25-19 at halftime.
Even though CWC scored more points, 20, in the second half, while Horicon scored 17, they had just enough of a lead to win the close game 42-39.
This week, the Marshladies will play a game away and a game at home against Wayland Academy, since a game scheduled against Hustisford was cancelled.
The away game was played on Tuesday and Thursday’s game on Feb. 13 will begin at 5:30 p.m. in Horicon.
