Council Adopts Bicycle And Pedestrian Master Plan For City Of Horicon MITCHELL BRADLEY KELLER At the June 25 City of Horicon Common Council meeting, all alderpersons voted in the affirmative to adopt a citywide master plan for bicycle and pedestrian paths within city limits. The plan, which includes bike lanes on Lake Street and included input from several Horicon institutions, departments
