Butch Frederick
Butch Frederick, 71, of Campbellsport passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021, at his home. He was born in Cashton on February 22, 1950, the son of the late Michael and Martha (Brueggeman) Frederick. On August 20, 1988, Butch married Vicki Deerr at Kettle Moraine Lake. He served in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1971 and was stationed in Vietnam for 11 months. Butch worked at the Gehl Company in West Bend in various positions before settling in the maintenance department before retiring. He enjoyed playing with his dogs, hunting, fishing and just being in the outdoors. Butch was also an excellent woodworker, making many items for his family. Butch loved his family, especially his granddaughters; he will be missed.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Vicki; sons, Jim Frederick and Jeff (Lisa) Frederick; daughters, Jackie Frederick and Julie (Mark) Frederick; granddaughters, Bryn and Bristol; step-children, Christina, Byron and Jerimy; stepgrand children, Connie, Mackenzie, Brian, Evan, Alec and Kyla; step-great-grandson, Preston; siblings, Dorothy Von Ruden, Bob (Rose) Frederick, Elvera (Jerome) Brueggen and Bonnie (Tom) Puckett; brother-in-law, Ronnie Schmitz; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Along with his parents, Butch was preceded in death by his siblings, Paul, Julia, Irene, Pat, Nub, Lloyd and Linda; and his favorite dog, Duke.
Visitation was Wednesday, November 3, starting at 3 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 6 p.m. at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St., Campbellsport. Military rites followed at the funeral home.
