Quarterly Horicon Police Report, July - September Going back to July 1 and running through Sept. 30, the Horicon Police Department responded to 1,472 calls for service. That figure was 292 more than the prior quarter. The most common incidents in that quarter were building/area checks (465). The department responded to 10 propertydamage- only accidents.
