On May 30, Lomira’s Carlie Priesgen, Whitney Witkowski, Ivy Schulz, and Dawson Doyle traveled to compete in the WIAA Division 2 McFarland Track Sectional.
The Lions were led by top-ten sectional finishes from Priesgen in the shot put and discus, and Witkowski in the 3200m.
Seniors Doyle, Priesgen, and Schulz finished their four-year track careers for the Lions at the sectional track meet.
At Waupun Regional
On May 27, the Lomira boys and girls track teams competed at the WIAA Division 2 Waupun Track Regional.
The Lions had four track members qualify for the McFarland track sectional with Carlie Priesgen in shot put and discus, Whitney Witkowski in the 3200m, Ivy Schulz in the long jump, and Dawson Doyle in the triple jump.
