Lomira Girls Finish in First at Home Quad

On April 24, the Lomira track teams competed in the St. Norbert Elite Meet, with the girls teams finishing in 20th place with six points.
The girls team scored points by Whitney Witkowski’s fourth-place finish in the 3200m and Hanna Faber’s eighth-place finish in the Pole Vault to lead the Lions.

On April 21, the Lomira girls track team tied for first place with 70 points, and the boys’ team finished in fifth place with 27.5 points at their Home Flyway Quad.

The girls team was led by first-place finishes by Hanna Faber in the 400m and Pole Vault, Whitney Witkowski in the 800m and 1600m, and Indigo Bowering in the Triple Jump.
Cole Geiger in the Discus and Alex Potter in the 100m led the boys team with first-place finishes for the Lions.
Lomira track competed at the Campbellsport track meet on April 28 after print time. The Lions will travel to Mayville on April 30 at 4 p.m.
