NFDL/Oafkield led 1-0 at halftime before increasing their lead to 3-0 in the second half.
The Lions got on the scoreboard when Lily Martinez scored a goal assisted by Rachel Fenrick at the 78th minute mark to put the final score at 3-1.
“The girls continue to progress each game, and we saw some good ball movement and an offensive threat,” said Head Coach Josh Haefs. “The next step is finding the creativity at the attacking end, to finding shooting solutions. But overall, another positive step from this young team.”
Lomira girls soccer will host CWC on April 30 at 4:30 p.m. and will travel to Campbellsport on May at 4:30 p.m.
