Kathleen (Braunschweig) Hetzel of Amery, passed away peacefully on August 12, surrounded by love and lifted by faith. A devoted mother, proud grandmother, and thoughtful friend, Kathy lived with an adventurous heart, courageous spirit, and unwavering faith.

She dedicated her career to teaching Family and Consumer Education in Wauwatosa, Kewaskum, and Campbellsport and for Dodge County UW-Extension.
She loved traveling, volunteering, exploring God’s creation, and cheering for the Brewers.
A visitation will be held Thursday, Aug. 21, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by a service at noon and luncheon, at Zion Lutheran Church of Ashippun. Services provided by Bakken-Young of River Falls.
Memorials may be made to Ventures in People, supporting families in Haiti.
No coffee will be served—maybe margaritas.
