City of Mayville Intends to Sell River Knoll Industrial Park Land

Posted

The City of Mayville Common Council approved a project proposal for land brokerage services from American Commerical Real Estate at its meeting on Monday, May 12. Adam Williquette, president and managing broker, attended the meeting to briefly go over the proposal for River Knoll Industrial Park. The asking price is $45,000 per acre, but Williquette stated, “With the land being owned by the City and in a TIF district, you could potentially give it away depending on what kind of increments or project would come forward. So in that case, we base commission off of asking price - a flat fee of $4,500 an acre.”
