Administrative Restructuring Supports Continued Excellence at the School District of Horicon

Posted

Guided by its mission to Educate. Engage. Empower. Every Day., the School District of Horicon is implementing an administrative restructuring for the 2026–2027 school year following the retirement of High School Principal Teresa Graven, whose final day with the district will be June 30. The district extends its sincere appreciation for her dedicated leadership, service, and lasting impact on students, staff, and families.
As part of this restructuring, current Middle School Principal & Athletic/Activities Director Michael LeBouton will serve as the new Middle & High School Principal and Director of Curriculum & Instruction. This expanded leadership role will strengthen collaboration across grades 6–12 and support consistent academic programming, student engagement, and extracurricular opportunities throughout the district.
To support this new leadership structure, the district has created a new administrative position: Middle & High School Assistant Principal/Athletic & Activities Director. This role will help oversee student programming, athletics, and activities, support building leadership and help strengthen connections with families and the community.
Qualified candidates interested in applying for this new position may visit WECAN to view the posting and submit an application.
The district looks forward to this next chapter of leadership and continued excellence for the Horicon Marshmen community as it works each day to educate, engage, and empower every student.
