MITCHELL BRADLEY KELLER The City of Horicon Personnel and Finance Committee met on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 6 p.m. in City Hall. Aldpersons and committee members Susan Hady, Forrest Frami and Donald Miller were present. Among other action and discussion items, the committee considered proposed wage ordinances for city employees including public works/water/waste -water, the police department, the city clerk/treasurer, the fire and EMS departments and election officials.

Going back to October 1 and running through December 17, the Horicon Police Department responded to 1,104 calls for service. The most common incidents in that quarter were building/area checks (435).
