ON THE BRIGHT SIDE
Reader Tells Of Good Deed Performed By Stranger
What are the odds? When I was informed that someone found my son’s brand new high school yearbook, that was my first thought. But to understand my thinking, you need the whole story of an incredible journey of that bounded book and that there are still good people in the world.
My oldest son was nice enough on May 29, the day of yearbook distribution, to grab his brother’s yearbook. No big deal, right? Wrong. My oldest son, in the process of getting the yearbook home, lost it. Obviously, my wife and I were not pleased. The younger brother just shrugged it off, and since I worked at the school, we figured I could take care of it by getting another book, which we did thanks to Mrs. Golder.
