Eileen Ramthun (Hansen), age 65 years, of West Bend was called home to be with the Lord on October 20, 2021.   Eileen was born on October 19, 1956, in Kewaskum to Edward and Florence Hansen (Schultz).   She was united in marriage to Harold Ramthun on November 22, 1975, at St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Church in West Bend.   Eileen graduated from Kewaskum High School. She worked for B.C. Ziegler for 34 years, in addition to helping on the family farm. Eileen loved gardening, tending her flowers, attending craft shows, and being with all of her nieces and nephews.   Those Eileen leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Harold; sister, Kathryn (Tim) Danielson; brother, Gary (Brenda) Hansen; brothers-in-law, Eugene Weiskopf and Kenneth (Carol) Ramthun; and sisters-in-law, Catherine Ramthun and Rosie (Rich) Reindl. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.    In addition to her parents, Eileen was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Weiskopf.   The family greeted relatives and friends on Sunday, Oct. 24, at Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home in Kewasum from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. Visitation continued on Monday, Oct. 25, at Peace United Church of Christ in Kewaskum from 10 a.m. until time of service.    A Funeral Service was held on Monday, Oct. 25, at 11 a.m. at Peace United Church of Christ with Pastor Eric Kirkegaard as officiant.    Sylvia “Tibbie” Bohn, nee Matenaer, 93, of West Bend, was called home to be with our Lord on Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, after struggling with Alzheimer’s disease for several years.   She was born on January 14, 1928, in Kewaskum to the late Joseph and Florence (nee Berres) Matenaer.   As a child, Tibbie lived on a large farm in Myra. She attended Holy Angels Grade School and graduated from West Bend High School.    On July 3, 1948, she was united in marriage to Leroy “Lee” Bohn at Holy Angels Catholic Church, West Bend.   Tibbie and Lee were married for over 65 years, until Lee passed away on February 12, 2014.   Early on Tibbie worked as a stenographer for Schmidt Funeral Home and then in the produce department at Sentry Foods in West Bend. She was most proud working as the “plant lady” at her son Patrick’s flower shop, Bits N Pieces Floral, until the age of 83.   Tibbie was considered the Energizer Bunny and a dynamo by all who knew her. Her love and passions included being an active member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir. She was a Cub Scout leader and volunteered at The Threshold Inc. for many years.    Tibbie enjoyed camping with her family and the West Bend VagaBender camping group. She loved gardening, playing bridge, sewing, knitting, needlepoint and she reupholstered every piece of furniture in her house.   Mom was proud to be a mother of seven kids, a Granny to 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. We were all precious to her but she considered our brother, Stevie, a true gift from God. God knew we were the right family for Stevie and she was the right Mom. Even though Stevie took up a lot of her day, she always had time for each of us. Mom had a smile for everyone. She will be remembered for sharing her happiness, energy and her love for God.    She is survived by six children, Terry (Ruth) Bohn, Pat (Deb) Bohn, Diane (Alex) Ckonjevic, Ken (Sandy) Bohn, Jeff Bohn, and Mary (Doug) Bilgo; 13 grandchildren, Kerri jo (Bob) Patten, Stefanie Shierk, Kaitlin Bohn, Michael Bohn, Jason (Christine) Strebe, Cory (Stephanie) Strebe, Nick Bohn, Wesley (Lori) Bohn, Marina Bohn, Courtney Bohn, Kim (Tedi) Keceli, Whitney (Alex) Bretl, and Danielle (Kerry) Kopelke; 17 great-grandchildren, Evan and Elise Patten, Whitney (Mitch) Martin, Wilson Shierk, Devon, Ethan and Xander Strebe, Colin and Courtney Strebe, Edward Bohn, Elza, Elara, and Zara Keceli, Sawyer and Avery Bretl, and Colette and Lilah Kopelke; two sisters, Rita Dwyer and Ann Casper, a brother, Robert (Carol) Matenaer, five sisters-in-law, Ruth Bohn, Janice Matenaer, Joanne Bohn, Kitty Matenaer and Diane Pfister; a brother-in-law, Robert (Martha) Bohn; other relatives and many friends.   In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Stevie Bohn; a sister, Beatrice (Leonard) Peter; four brothers, Joe (Euna) Matenaer, Paul Matenaer, Jerry Matenaer and James Matenaer; two sisters-in-law, Bernice (Richard) Kurowski and Janine Matenaer; six brothers-in-law, Charles Dwyer, Herman Casper, Eugene Bohn, Carl (Doris) Bohn, Donald Bohn and Walter (Helen) Bohn.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 1025 S. 7th Ave., West Bend. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday at 10 a.m. until the time of Mass.   An­ge­line B. Plzak (nee Bremser), age 91, of West Bend, passed into the arms of the an­gels on Oc­to­ber 19, 2021.    An­ge­line was born on Feb­ru­ary 14, 1930, youngest of nine chil­dren to John and Susan (Berres) Bremser in the Town of Farm­ing­ton.  An­ge­line grad­u­ated from Ke­waskum High School in 1949. She worked sev­eral jobs be­fore she mar­ried. Her first job was in a “Dime Store” called F.W. Wool­worth Co.; she worked in a lab where they tested milk – DHIA; she worked at a switch board at the “Old” St. Joseph’s Hos­pi­tal and in the of­fice at Berres Fur­ni­ture. In 1995, she re­tired from Kemps after 13 years.   She mar­ried James R. Plzak on Feb­ru­ary 7, 1959, at Holy An­gels in West Bend. They were blessed with seven chil­dren. They built a home in St. Michael’s in 1975 and lived there until 1989.   She had been a long-time mem­ber of St. Michael’s Catholic Church and be­longed to the Chris­t­ian Moth­ers.     She was very in­ter­ested in an­ces­try of our fam­ily his­tory. She has made fam­ily trees for the Bremser Fam­ily and the Plzak Fam­ily. She loved writ­ing let­ters to many peo­ple and tak­ing/col­lect­ing pho­tos for her an­ces­try in­ter­est. She even wrote an au­to­bi­og­ra­phy of her life. An­ge­line was a mem­ber of the Farm­ing­ton His­tor­i­cal So­ci­ety. She loved quilt­ing, gar­den­ing, play­ing cards, and spend­ing time with her grand­chil­dren. She walked two miles a day up to a month be­fore her pass­ing.   She is sur­vived by her chil­dren, Daniel Plzak, Kevin Plzak, Colleen (Glen) Fiebig, Janet (Bruce) Stof­fel, Joyce (Scott) Wor­ley, LuAnn Plzak; daugh­ter-in-law, Cindy Plzak; sis­ter, Mary Brauchle; sis­ters-in-law, Althea Fal­ter and Donna Klein; 12 grand­chil­dren; six great-grand­chil­dren. She is fur­ther sur­vived by other rel­a­tives and friends.   Pre­de­ceased by her hus­band, James; in­fant daugh­ter, Mary; her par­ents, John and Susan Bremser; broth­ers, Frank Bremser, Earl Bremser, Alois Bremser; sis­ters, Ce­leste Meilinger, Helen Wein­ert, Lenore Go­erke and Gertrude Koll.    A Mass of Chris­t­ian Bur­ial was held 11 a.m. on Fri­day, Oc­t. 22, 2021, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church (8883 For­est View Road, Ke­waskum, WI 53040) with Fr. Jacob Strand pre­sid­ing.
