Visitation:  Monday, Aug. 26, 2 to 5 p.m.   Memorial Service:  Monday, Aug. 26, 5 p.m.  Place:  Koepsell Funeral Home in Beaver Dam Kim Mittelstadt On Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2019, Kim Mittelstadt passed away peacefully with his family at his side at the age of 58.  Kim was born on August 2, 1961, to Lorenz “Larry” Mittelstadt and Judith “Judy” Braunschweig Mittelstadt of Fond du Lac. Upon graduation from Goodrich High School, Kim received his law enforcement certification at Fort McCoy.  After one year of service with the Theresa Police Department as Chief of Police, Kim transferred to join the Mayville Police Department where he had a very fulfilling career of 31 years serving the citizens of our local community as a police officer and law enforcement liaison to the Mayville High School. He retired from public service in 2013.  Kim was at home in the outdoors. An avid hunter and superb all around outdoorsman Kim shared his love for nature both in the field and around the grill, always with friends. He shared his knowledge generously and when the day was done regularly welcomed new faces at his table. Kim was unmistakably authentic and kind which is what drew so many to be around him. From the hunting blinds in Wisconsin to the islands of Belize, Kim’s time with us has created friendships that will live in our memories for so many more years than we were able to have him.  During his 17 year marriage to Kathleen Beck, Kim and Kathy raised three sons, Andrew, Daniel and Nicholas.  Kim is survived by his mother, Judy Mittelstadt of Fond du Lac; his three sons and their wives, Andrew and Katrina Mittelstadt of Evergreen, CO, Daniel and Justine Mittelstadt of Oconomowoc, and Nicholas and Maddie Mittelstadt of San Antonio, TX; his sister, Kay Mittelstadt-Lock and husband, Kurtis Lock; his brother, Karl Mittelstadt and wife Kristine Mittelstadt; two beautiful grandsons, Isaiah and William Mittelstadt, sons of Daniel and Justine Mittelstadt; and a large extended family and so many friends. Kim was preceded in death by his father, Larry Mittelstadt.  A memorial service honoring Kim’s life was held on Monday, Aug. 26, at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Visitation began at 2 p.m. Memorial service began at 5 p.m. with Peter Capoyianes officiating with reception to follow.  The Mittelstadt family kindly requests in lieu of flowers or gifts that memorials be made in the form of donations to be collected in support of local substance dependency organizations.  The Koepsell Funeral Home in Beaver Dam served the family. Hoffman, of LeRoy, 84, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2019, at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac. Neal was born the son of Norbert and Florence (Bauer) Hoffman on June 2, 1935, in LeRoy. He was a graduate of Mayville High School. Neal was a veteran of the US Army, serving in the 4th Army Rifle Team. He was united in marriage to Arlyne Dupre on October 10, 1957, at St. Joseph’s Church in Fond du Lac. Neal drove truck with his father for many years and finished his working years working for the Mayville Canning Factory. In his spare time, Neal was an avid outdoorsman and was a lifelong member of the Mayville Rifle Club. He was also a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in LeRoy. Neal is survived by his children, Therese (David) Combs of West Allis, David (Lisa) Hoffman of LeRoy, and Gary (Elizabeth) Hoffman of LeRoy; his grandchildren, Chelsea Combs; Katie (Jordan) Matthews and Robert Hoffman; Daniel, Erica, Douglas, and Jennifer Hoffman; his sisters, Sally (Warren) Duerbeck, Judy (Joe) Perrizo, and Jane (Joe) Kundinger; and his brother, Dale Hoffman. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Arlyne in 2010; his sister Georgene Schill in 2017; and a sister in infancy ‘Judith’. Visitation will take place on Saturday, Aug. 31, from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at the church. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, Aug. 31, at 12 p.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church. Inurnment will take place at St. Andrew Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. Andrew Restoration Fund or the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac. Ardell was united in marriage to Leland Townsend on May 1, 1954 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Fredonia.Ardell was previously employed as a laboratory worker for Fromm Laboratories, Inc. in Wisconsin and Rana Daycare in Tennessee, while after her retirement, she enjoyed spending more time with her family and church members. Ardell was a faithful member of St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Mayville.Ardell is survived by her children, Kevin (Renee) Townsend and Beryl (Blaine) Tofte; her grandchildren, Stacy Townsend, Juliet Tofte, and Mark (Kaitlynn) Townsend; and great grandchildren, Grayson and Evalyn Townsend. Ardell is further survived by sisters Sylvia (Merlin) Gerner of West Bend and Verna Schallock of Cedarburg. Pritchard, 59, of Mayville, passed away at his home on Saturday, August 17, 2019.Randall was born on June 22, 1960, the son of the late Robert Sr. and Betty (nee Rahn) Pritchard.
