Former Lomira Fire Chief and Village of Lomira Employee Arrested DODGE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has arrested former Lomira Fire Chief and Village of Lomira employee Keith Joas, 40, of Campbellsport, for two counts of misconduct in public office and one count of theft. On February 13, 2024, Joas’ employment with the Village of Lomira was terminated.
