Timothy J. Weymier, 70, passed away peacefully on Friday, Jan. 10, 2025, at his home in Hustisford with his loving wife by his side.
A private family prayer service will take place at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville with Rev. Fr. Tom Biersack presiding.
Tim was born the son of Thomas J. and Sheila K. (Duckert) Weymier on November 19, 1954.
He graduated from Mayville High School in 1973.
He was united in marriage to Julie Zubke on August 10, 2002.
Tim was employed by Mayville Engineering Company for 34 years.
Tim was a fun-loving soul who loved people both young and old. He was blessed with the gift of gab and always took the time to share stories or get into some mischief. Tim loved to travel with his wife Julie and visited every state but two in the United States and all the providences of Canada. He had a wonderful trip to Alaska with his father which he always talked about. Tim and Julie loved to go antiquing together and were on the hunt for the perfect antique to further add to their collections. Tim and Julie were always together. Tim was a huge Wisconsin Badger Fan.
Tim was an avid hunter, and his true passion was made a reality when he established Deer Trail Farms in 2010. He loved being at the farm looking over his land and being with friends and family.
Tim is survived by his wife, Julie; mother, Sheila Weymier; sister, Deb (Dennis) Coda; mother-in-law, Judy Zubke; brothers-in-law, Roger (Helen) Zubke, Paul Zubke; and sister-in-law, Sue (Mike) Rutz. Tim is further survived by two nieces and two nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Tom; brother, Patrick; father-in-law, Lester Zubke; brother-in-law, Tracy; and other relatives and friends.
Tim’s family would like to thank all the many friends that visited and helped take care of Tim and Julie whenever they needed something. Special thank you to Dr. Kia Saeian and Dr. Aaron Dahl who were Tim’s doctors. The compassion and care shown to Tim and Julie will always be remembered.
