Cheryl Ann Alexander, 63, of Antigo, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
She was born on July 14, 1957, in Hartford, a daughter of Clarence and Virginia (Musack) Wendorff.
She married Rick Alexander, Sr. on March 30, 1991, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Iron Ridge.
Cheryl was raised in Iron Ridge and settled in Antigo. She was a certified nursing assistant.
She was a member of Ascension Evangelical Lutheran Church in Antigo, where she was an organist and sang in the choir.
Cheryl enjoyed fishing, camping, ceramics and crossword puzzles. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Rick; five children, Shelly Powers (Dirk Carlson) of Baraboo, Steven Alexander of New London, Ricky (Amanda) Alexander Jr. of Minot, ND, Tonya Alexander of Antigo and Ryan (Sydney) Alexander of Surrey, ND; five grandchildren, Bentley Carlson, Emily Alexander, Rowen and Luca Alexander, and Ryder Alexander; her mother, Virginia Wendorff; six brothers, Clarence Wendorff, Jr., Don (Carolyn) Wendorff, Gary (Marion) Wendorff, Gene (Kathi) Wendorff, Terry (Laura) Wendorff, Scott (Jaclyn) Wendorff; two sisters, Lynn (David) Riese and Robin (Jeffery) Carter; two brothers-in-law, Brian (Ann) Tunak, Gary (Susan) Alexander; three sisters-in-law, Michelle Wendorff, Carmel Wendorff and Sandy Alexander.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence; four brothers, Chester, Charles, Greg and Brian; a sister, Heidi Tunak; sisters-in-law, Pat Wendorff, Kit Wendorff and Darlene Wendorff; and brother-in-law, Wayne Alexander.
Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 15, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home and Saturday at the church from 10 to 11 a.m.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 16, at 11 a.m. at Ascension Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. Michael Spaude officiating. Burial will take place in St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery in Iron Ridge on Sunday, Jan. 17, at 12:30 p.m.
