DCHA Announces ‘Phase 2’ Of Horicon Housing Project

MITCHELL BRADLEY KELLER The Dodge County Housing Authority (DCHA) announced that “Phase 2” of the Oak Grove Development was underway, which will feature 20 threebedroom duplex units in a “pocket neighborhood” site plan design near the future single-campus Horicon schools’ building.
