Mayville Fire Chief Talks Staffing Challenges When Challenged By City Council President

KAREN ROUSE City of Mayville Fire Department Chief Brad Marx delivered the monthly fire department report to the city’s Public Safety Committee on Monday, Jan. 27. The chief was accompanied by Deputy Chief Jon Borst and 1st Asst. Chief Mike Thoreson. Marx informed committee members that the department has a total of 22 people on staff, having lost five during 2019.
