July 11, 1889 Dodge County Pionier Members of the hook and ladder company appeared for the first time on July 4th in their new uniforms provided by the tailor Gustav Dreger. The company lined up with their hook and ladder wagon in front of the August Reible home, where they were photographed by Theodore Pectel. There will be a “lawn party” at the home of Mrs. N. Lawrence this afternoon
